72-Hour Cancellation Policy
All overnight room reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours in writing emailed to [email protected] prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival or failure to arrive (no-show) will result in a charge equivalent to the first night's room rate, billed to the member's account or credit card on file. In the event of a no-show, all remaining nights will be automatically canceled and released back into inventory.
