The University Club is conveniently located in the heart of New York’s shopping, financial, and cultural districts. Each of our elegantly-appointed overnight rooms is designed to accommodate your every need as you and your guests enjoy all the pleasures and privileges of our private Club. From the moment you arrive, our goal is to provide you with personal service of the highest standard.

Refreshment Center

Each of our well-appointed guestrooms includes a Keurig® coffee maker for your convenience, featuring a selection of premium beverages: Green Mountain Coffee® Colombia Select Medium Roast, Vermont Country Blend® Decaf, and Celestial Seasonings® English Breakfast Black Tea. Disposable cups are provided for easy enjoyment, whether you're starting your day or winding down. Guests will also find two complimentary Poland Spring® water bottles replenished daily throughout their stay. For added comfort, ice buckets are refilled with fresh ice every evening by our attentive team.

Complimentary coffee and tea service is also available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Dwight Café, as well as at the members and guests' casual entrance on the lower level. To-go cups are provided for your convenience, allowing for easy grab-and-go service.

THE FRONT OFFICE

 

 

Should you find yourself in need of a few travel necessities, our Front Office is pleased to provide complimentary essential items upon request. Available amenities include a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, disposable shaving kit, mending kit, and bottle opener. Simply contact the Front Desk and we’ll be happy to assist.
 

 

Each guestroom is thoughtfully equipped with a standard umbrella located in the closet for your use throughout your stay. Kindly return the umbrella to the guestroom before check-out. A replacement fee of $38.50 (plus applicable taxes) will be charged to your account if it is not returned.

For your convenience, our front desk has compact umbrellas available for purchase at $15.00 each. They are ideal for on-the-go use and make great souvenirs or gifts.
 
 

Laundry, Dry Cleaning & Pressing Services

 

Your room is stocked with a laundry bag and service slip for laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services. The Laundry Department operates on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Items must be submitted by 7:00 a.m. for same-day service (to be returned by approximately 6:30 p.m.).

Please note that The University Club is not responsible for any laundry items not returned prior to your departure.

Members using commuter lockers may have their laundered items stored within their locker by indicating the locker number on the service slip.
